Due to the fact that we are a small business and like to keep things simple, we cannot offer a REFUND for any greeting card, or Gift Card Purchased. 

I always spend a lot of my time on each card, and stand by the quality of our greeting cards.

BUYING with GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS:

For Gift Card Purchases, we first must wait 48 hours until the funds clear with our bank, after funds have cleared we purchase the Gift Card from the “Retailer” for the Value you have purchased.

ie. Amazon ($50)

Once funds clear, I personally make the Greeting Card for you, and print the Gift Card Barcode ready for use (As shown in image).

I then ship it with Australia Post Express Post,  which covers insurance and FAST Delivery (48 hrs working days).

Please allow up to 7 working days for a Greeting Card with a Gift Card attached to arrive from the time of purchase.
